ƒâ€šÃ‚¢s an unwise.exe file. Also, check to see that the INSTALL.LOG file exists. (If it doesnâââ€ÅÃ

ƒâ€šÃ‚¢t then that means that it has been deleted or something in which case your best bet is to install the app again and try uninstalling it afterwards)
