Some women are just out there waiting to be hit on, and they are sending signals. You just have to pick up on the signals, then striking up a conversation is a piece of cake because that is what the woman was waiting for from anybody. It might as well be you!

I think sometimes its innate in a woman to wait for the guy to do the first move. On conversations, they just get on to the topic which the guy has started. So, guys should really be aware with this.
