Ingredients
2 1/2 lbs chicken wings seperated at the joints discard tips
The next ingredent is the secret!!!
1/2 cup of FRANK'S REDHOT HOT SAUCE
1/3 cup melted butter
Procedure
Deep fry wings 12 minutes at 400 F
Combine Franks sauce and butter in a large bowl
Dump the hot cooked wings in the bowl with the sauce and butter toss
to coat wings
Serve immediately with celery stalks and blue cheese dressing for dipping

chicken wings (wash & salt) discard pointed part of wing only, while defrosing lay on paper towel to soak up excess wetness
fill large frying pan with oil(1/2 way up pan) or use a deep frier
redhot sauce
home made butter sauce- this means shake garlic powder,pepper, and use your disgretion with ingredient some use cajun spices w/ bbq sauce

fry chicken wings for 15 minutes or until wings are floating, be sure to seperate while cooking (or you may be eating partially raw wings)
put in a deep metal bowl or large soup crock to mix the wings in, use a soft spatula to mix wings with the ingredients
the butter must be melted before adding the hot sauce,melt it down with the spices; pur over wings in pan, add 3 shakes of hot sauce for mild, 5 for medum, & 7 and up for kamikazee hot, for cajun barbeque- use butter sauce with cajun spices shook over wings and honey bbq sauce
